resize text and locking notes

1- Need to resize the text of notes for better visibility and comfort when viewing later (right click scroll to resize font like 'Sumatra pdf reader')
2-when double-click the note to read, it open like the editor, it's better to open like a viewer (what I'm saying is lock the notes once are written,and provide option to edit somewhere)
